2004 -- 31' 8" CAPE HORN

Model: Center Console

Cockpit: Large cockpit, excellent for fishing. Easy to clean

Cabin:

Construction: Solid. Few amenities. Fabric of seats good but not top of the line. All solid construction and fiberglass best I have seen.

Handling: Excellent, Will corner hard at 45 mph without cavitation. Smooth ride in rough water. Dry ride.

Engine Room: Twin 300 yamaha HPDIs. Have not had any problems. very fast. Fully loaded with gear for fishing and diving, full tank of gas, and six guys boat still runs 56 mph. Cruising speed is 42 mph at 4000 rpms. Engines do run slightly rough at idle.

General Comments: This boat is a go fast fishing platform for off shore. IF you plan on running in 5-6 foot seas regularily I would choose a large cat but otherwise this is the best platform I have fished.
