Boat Reviews By Owners
1992 -- 46' 3" SILVERTON
Model: 41ACMY
Cockpit: great visibility forward. Aft not as good due to being aft cabin. Room for about 7 guests to enjoy the views on the bridge.
Cabin: 2 staterooms, 2 heads, Full Galley, dinette seats 5, salon, sleeps 2 on the drop down dinette, 2 on sleeper sofa in salon. Great live aboard
Construction: Built to almost perfect specs. To work on this boat is usually easy access to almost everything. Port side rudder packing looks to be a tough job.
Handling: the deadrise of this boat makes it good handling in just about any conditions on the bay.
Engine Room: mine has gas engines and they do the job. Reviews have said it's under powered. This would be true if you have the need for speed.
General Comments: cruising the Chesapeake bay. The 46' ACMY has the same layout just larger. Also one that I would own. I wish other manufacturers would build boats like these.
