Motor-sailer ketch with a pilothouse. Great boat for living aboard. At anchor in Playa Salinas harbor. Sold as-is. Engine (Perkins 6.354) and dinghy outboard (Tohatsu 6 four-stroke) run fine, hull is fine, wind-generator is fine, ground-tackle is excellent, bottom painted recently, but most other things need repair or replacement.
