1976 23 Foot American Mariner 7.0 sailboat for sale. The hull is in good shape and it has a mast and boom, but no sales. It is missing some deck hardware and needs new running rigging, but the standing rigging is is workable shape. Needs some work to bring it up to speed, but with a little TLC it will make a great sailboat for with a little time to invest in it. It is a shoal (shallow) draft with a maximum draft of 1.83 feet. It is in Captain's Cove Marina on Lake Ray Hubbard and the slip rental is very reasonable compared to most other lakes in the area.
