This Phoenix has been well cared for over the years and it shows.

In 2003 the boat was converted from gas to Twin Yanmar diesels, 240hp which at this time have only 476 hours.

A new toilet, sinks, refrigerator and a bimini top were installed in 2005.

A new 30 gallon water tank was installed in 2011

New windlass dual controls, bow and cockpit and a new anchor in 2012.

New marine batteries in 2015.

Included in the sale are 6 Life Jackets, Two new Captain's chairs, 6 new Pottery Barn decorative pillow for the v-berth, a teak flagstaff and flag, 2 used props and a spare anchor.
