1973 Stardust Houseboat - 58'

Description

This 58' Stardust Houseboat has been recently remodeled, with new interior and exterior paint, Pergo Laminate flooring, and front deck outdoor carpeting being about a year old. The boat's two OMC engines run good, but the 7.5 Kohler generator has not been cranked in about a year. I don't feel too much is wrong with it. We use shore power when at the dock, so we just haven't needed the generator lately. The aft air conditioner is 3 years old, and the front one is 1 year old, and work great. The boat has a quiet-flush toilet, full-size refrigerator, electric 3-burner stove, LCD TV, and the furnishings stay with the boat. The master stateroom has a queen bed, and the hallway stateroom has bunk beds. The top deck on the boat is solid, but paint is chipping. It will need scraping and repainting with a more weatherproof paint. The front deck is large and has full plastic and canvas covers for cold weather, as well as patio furniture. The boat also has a large back deck. Whether a fisherman, or just a water lover, this boat will make a great condo-on-the-water, or comfortable cruiser if you don't like to sit still.
