Sails upwind quite well. Slight weather helm so she'll turn into the wind in a gust rather than tip over -- if you let go the tiller! 7' beam. Seats captain + 4 adult passengers. Cuddy for stowage of PFDs, etc. All woodwork is Teak (comings seats, trim) . Most brightwork in almost Bristol condition because protected by cockpit tent. Topsides and hull very good shape -- a few scratches, dings. Never holed. Waxed every season. Bottom needs totally new anti-fouling paint job. Next owner can apply paint appropriate for fresh or salt water. Marconi-type sail in very good condition. Only used 4 - 6 times a season in recent years. Washed and restored by Sail Care 2006. New cockpit tent 2009. Sail slugs remain in mast slot when covered. Reef points, jiffy reefing. Halyard, topping lift and sheet removed and stored inside every winter. Entire boat tarped off-season. Galvanized trailer with rollers, not bunks. Very good condition. Yard-stored, towed to nearby lake to launch boat once a year. Wide-bottom dinghy and oars included. Also PFDs, dock lines, fenders, etc. Also complete mooring rig: anchor, chain, float, pennant. Boat currently on mooring, Lake Massapoag, Sharon, MA. PHOTOS ON REQUEST
