Rare configuration of yawl rigged - great sailing options. Full keel with centerboard. Draft of 3'6" board up, 7' board down. Wheel steering w/ emerg tiller. Many recent upgrades, bottom redone 3 years ago - no blisters after reapirs. Through hulls 3 years old, Re-cored all decks, 2 yr old non-skid, coach house repainted 2 yrs ago, bottom painted this spring, engine less than 240 yrs, down below 80% restored - needs new sole. 5 gal hot water heater, 60 gal water, 25 gal deisel. Plumbed for shower, needs fixtures. Two burner propane w/ stove. Alder/Barb refer. Bat charger, 1 start 3 house gel-cell batts - two yrs old. 150 headsail, 110 headsail,(both in great shape) Harken roller furl headsail, fully bat main & mizzen - both with two reef points in great shape, mizzen staysail, two spinakers, spare main, spare mizzen, storm headsail, other older misc sails included if buyer wants.
